Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available after 13:00 and check-out must take place before 11:00. On occasion, the property may be able to facilitate earlier check-in or later check-out times upon request.
The keys to the accommodation are given to the guests upon arrival and shall be returned upon departure. In case of loss, the keys shall be replaced at the expense of the guests.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings for periods from 1 September to 30 June, free cancellation is possible until one week prior to the booking period. For bookings for periods from 1 July to 31 August, free cancellation is possible until one month prior to the booking period.
For cancellations after the above deadlines, we will offer our guests a voucher, for the respective amount, to use for later bookings. For cancellations later than one week prior to the booking period, during the months of July and August, no such voucher shall be offered.
Liability and indemnity:
The property has implemented security policies, in accordance with the standards in the country for the safety of its guests and their belongings. The property will not assume any responsibility for any security related incidents including injury, unless owed to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are required to have their doors and windows locked, when leaving the property. Furthermore, the property bears no responsibility for nuisance, especially noise or music outside the property.
Guests are required to use all parts of the property with respect and according to the indications of the staff. In case of damage to the property or excessive dirt, attributable to the behavior of the guests, they will be charged with the cost of repairs.
The property is not responsible for any water, power or internet outages, caused by factors outside the property’s control. In case of damage inside the accommodation, the owner is obliged to deal with it as soon as possible.
House rules and code of conduct:
Pets are not allowed on the premises of the property.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere indoors on the premises of the property.
Guests should always refrain from making excessive noise, or playing loud music, or making nuisance for other guests in any way. Guests are especially required to observe regulatory quiet hours: These are: From 1 April to 30 September 23:00 to 7:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30. From 1 October to 31 March 22:00 to 7:30 and from 15:30 to 17:30.
Parties and other gatherings with 7 or more people are strictly forbidden. The total number of guests spending the night at the property is an integral part of the agreement with the property and guests must notify the property, when they receive other guests. The property reserves the right to deny access to guests, who have not been notified, or charge for these guests an additional fee, according to the going rates.
The subletting of the accommodation to third parties or its use by different persons than those listed in this agreement, is not allowed.
Cleaning, changing of linens and towels is done every 3 days. The guests acknowledge that the staff of the property have the right to enter leased private quarters for cleaning, according to schedule, unless they object to it in advance.
Privacy policy:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data when you provide us with accommodation services. Personal data includes information such as your name, contact details, bank information, and characteristics of your accommodation. We collect this data to place guests in the accommodation that best matches their needs and preferences, to provide appropriate care, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to run our business effectively. We store your data securely on our encrypted database and only share it with authorized parties, such as our guests, tour organizers, competent authorities, IT support partners, and taxi and coach companies. We do not share your data for marketing purposes with third parties. You have the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your data at any time. Payment and fees:
All rates and payments are calculated and effected in Euros and the property doesn’t guarantee foreign currency exchange rates at any time, from the rate search-time, to the final payment for the accommodation. Rates are inclusive of VAT, but additional local levies, such as accommodation levy of 50c. EUR per person, per night may be collected separately by the property.
Force majeure:
If the property isn’t available for its guests during the reservation dates, due to events outside the property’s control (force majeure) such as acts of God, political and civil unrest, strikes, war, terrorist acts etc., the reservations will be cancelled, and the full amount of the booking will be refunded to the guests, via the same method that the payment was originally made. No further liability or obligation will arise for the property for this reason alone.
Dispute resolution:
This contract is subject to Greek law and all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Court of Athens.
Changes and updates:
The property reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It also advises the guests to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes and updates.
